A unique leadership forum hosted by ODK designed specifically for first year students. The discussion is focused on the theme of personal leadership style development, particularly the idea of servant leadership while at Tech. First-year students hear from a leadership expert, attend leadership workshops led by Omicron Delta Kappa members, and complete a service project to exercise the skills they learned. The purpose of the conference is to grow the future leaders of Georgia Tech's campus and provide an experience for first-year students to hear from their peers about their leadership throughout their college careers.
